The primary brands in Vietnam under the company are L &amp; A and SKALE. Since 2016, the company has received a minority investment from its partner, Open Up Group, a top 5 corporation in human resource outsourcing services in Japan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the last two decades, Ms. L\u1ec7 has made a contribution to the company&#8217;s robust growth, expanding its workforce to 26,000 employees nationwide. The company carries out 200 projects annually for clients in Vietnam, Australia, Europe, Japan, and North America.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a strategic-thinking leader, Ms. L\u1ec7 has created a competitive edge by extensively applying HR technology and the HRBP team&#8217;s proactive project management capabilities to deliver solutions and enhance customer&#8217;s performance.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, Ms. L\u1ec7 holds the positions of Advisor at the Asia New Zealand Foundation, Ambassador of the European Mentoring &amp; Coaching Council (EMCC), Initiator and Advisor of the SME Mentoring Program, which supports a community of 16,000 startup entrepreneurs in Vietnam. She is also a Co-Founder of HAWEE (Ho Chi Minh City Women Executives and Entrepreneurs Association) and 2030 Businesspeople Club. In 2007, she was selected as the representative for Vietnam in the \u201cWoman Leadership Mentoring Program\u201d by the State Department of USA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2016, Ms. Le attained the National Winner in Vietnam for the Strategic CFO course of CIMA.
