Duong, Esq., MBA started his professional career in 2009 after completing all his required formal, institutional education. That same year, Mr. Duong co-founded an international law firm with offices in Orange County, California, USA, and Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam focused on U.S.-Vietnam bi-lateral trade, including corporate\/business law, business taxation, international trade, intellectual property and business immigration matters. His focus areas and experience are in international corporate\/business law, and business immigration mainly focused on South East Asia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout the years, Mr. Duong has represented over 150 companies, including international corporations from 4 continents, over 15 countries, and in many different industries, such as manufacturing, technology, food processing\/distribution, media and television entertainment, sports, finance, professional services, and many others. However, his dominant expertise would be the U.S.-Vietnam bi-lateral trade and economy, including having lived, worked, and studied extensively\u00a0 in both the United States and Vietnam while having fully bi-lingual and bi-cultural fluency in Vietnamese and English.
